WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll be part of our global Consultant Recruiting team, collaborating closely with regional offices, campus representatives, and other recruiting professionals to attract top MBA talent to Bain. You’ll help deliver a world-class candidate experience and ensure our recruiting operations run smoothly and effectively.
WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll support Bain’s MBA recruiting efforts by coordinating campus strategies, engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders, and executing a wide range of recruiting events. You’ll play a critical role in identifying top recruits, managing school relationships, and executing initiatives that help build a strong and diverse recruiting pipeline.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Coordinate recruiting plans across MBA campuses for global Summer Associate and Consultant programs
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruiting cycle
- Manage communications, inquiries, and scheduling with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Partner with On-Campus Reps to plan school-specific events and coffee chats
- Organize and distribute marketing materials to campuses and student clubs
- Plan and execute in-person and virtual recruiting events globally
- Align with local offices and teams to coordinate event logistics and follow-up
- Participate in centralized recruiting projects and contribute to internal team events
- Maintain accurate candidate and event data in Avature
- Support post-season evaluations and reporting
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting or administrative support, ideally in a professional services setting
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Strong judgment and professionalism in handling confidential information
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with a high level of accuracy
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS or recruiting systems (e.g., Avature) is a plus
- Flexible and available to work evenings or overtime as needed
