WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Creative Services is part of Bain's global Operations organization and plays a key role in enabling our teams to deliver outstanding results. You’ll collaborate with colleagues who specialize in visual storytelling, design strategy, and data visualization, supporting consulting teams across industries.

WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As a Presentation Designer, you’ll work closely with client teams and business leaders to craft visually compelling, brand-aligned presentations. You’ll use your design expertise to guide layout and storytelling, review work from junior designers, and contribute to a culture of creative excellence.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Create high-impact presentations that meet Bain and client brand standards

  • Partner with internal teams to deliver visual content with clarity and speed

  • Advise on layout, hierarchy, and design approaches

  • Apply your skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and data visualization to strengthen narratives

  • Review and support the work of junior designers

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong fluency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
