WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll join the EMEA Finance Operations team within Bain’s Global Business Services center in Warsaw. In this role, you’ll collaborate across multiple functions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all client billing and revenue-related activities for the Italian market.

WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
In this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting the financial health of the business by managing billing processes, maintaining accurate revenue records, and ensuring alignment between contract terms and client invoicing.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Prepare and process customer invoices and credit notes accurately and on time

• Maintain and update billing and revenue records in internal systems and Excel

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure correct billing and resolve discrepancies

• Track and manage project-related expenses to ensure proper client billing

• Support contract compliance by uploading agreements and generating reports

• Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 2+ years of experience in billing, accounting, or finance

• Strong Excel skills

• Fluent in English

• Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset

• Clear communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented approach

• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
