WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As a Manager’s Assistant, you’ll support several senior leaders and their teams with a wide range of administrative and logistical tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while building strong virtual working relationships.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Calendar Management
Manage complex and evolving calendars
Reschedule meetings and travel at short notice
Coordinate internal and external meetings
Build strong relationships with key client contacts
Travel & Logistics
Coordinate travel with our travel provider
Manage visas and travel documentation
Support meetings and events using tools like PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Relationship Management
Build cooperative relationships with clients and colleagues
Maintain CRM records accurately and timely
Expenses
Process time and expense reports
Handle multi-currency and complex expense submissions
ABOUT YOU
You're a positive, proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, team-first environment. You're organized, detail-oriented, and eager to take initiative
Must Have:
Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, or Google Calendar
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience supporting multiple stakeholders
Nice to Have:
BA or Master’s degree
Experience working with CRM systems
Experience in an international or multicultural organization
