WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll be part of Bain’s global Experienced Talent Recruiting (ETR) team, responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier experienced professionals for roles across our Expert Client Delivery and Functional Professionals groups. Based in our Warsaw office, you’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional teams across geographies and time zones.

WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM

As a Senior Specialist, you’ll lead full-cycle recruiting efforts—from kick-off to close—working independently to align hiring strategies with business needs, deliver outstanding candidate experiences, and leverage data to refine and improve recruitment outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage structured, end-to-end recruiting processes including role intake, sourcing, interview planning, and offer negotiation
  • Integrate diversity, equity & inclusion principles throughout all recruitment stages
  • Maintain precise candidate records within the applicant tracking system and utilize data to guide decision-making
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience at every touchpoint
  • Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidate fit based on hiring criteria
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements, set expectations, and provide timely updates
  • Monitor key recruiting metrics (e.g., time to fill, offer acceptance) and optimize approaches based on insights
  • Anticipate challenges in the recruitment process and implement proactive solutions
  • Collaborate closely with recruiting operations, coordination, sourcing, and HR teams

 

 

ABOUT YOU

Must-haves:

  • 2–4 years of recruiting experience, ideally in technical or functional domains (e.g., Engineering, Accounting)
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work with limited supervision
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Effective listening skills and experience managing stakeholder relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent experiences to both candidates and hiring managers
  • Fluent English 

Nice-to-haves:

  • Recruiting experience in a consulting or professional services environment
  • Ability to leverage data and metrics to enhance recruiting effectiveness
